Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-06-17T00:00:00.000Z

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of software, websites, and services provided by Amrah Studio (“Amrah Studio”, “we”, “us”). By downloading, purchasing, or using our software, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our software. If you use the software on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

2. License to use the software

Subject to these Terms and your payment of any applicable fees, Amrah Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software for its intended purpose. A purchased license may specify the number of devices (“seats”) on which you may activate it.

Unless stated otherwise for a specific product, a license is for your own use and may not be resold, sublicensed, or shared beyond the permitted seats.

3. Intellectual property

The software, including its code, design, and trademarks, is owned by Amrah Studio and protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you. You receive only the license described above.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except to the extent the law expressly permits; (b) circumvent licensing, activation, or security measures; (c) use the software to break the law or infringe others’ rights; or (d) use the software to surveil people without a lawful basis. Our security tools are intended for use on devices you own or are authorized to protect.

5. Accounts and licenses

You are responsible for keeping your license key and any account credentials secure. We may suspend or revoke a license obtained through fraud, chargeback, or violation of these Terms.

6. Purchases, subscriptions, and payments

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms. Prices are shown at checkout and may include taxes collected by Paddle as required.

Some products are sold as one-time licenses; others may be offered as subscriptions that renew until cancelled. Subscription details, including renewal frequency and price, are shown before purchase. You can cancel a subscription as described in your receipt or by contacting us.

7. Taxes

Where Paddle collects taxes (such as VAT, GST, or sales tax) as Merchant of Record, those amounts are shown at checkout and remitted by Paddle.

8. Updates

We may provide updates, which are covered by these Terms unless accompanied by separate terms. We may change, suspend, or discontinue a product or feature; for paid products we will act reasonably and consistent with the Refund Policy.

9. Free and trial software

Some software is offered free or as a time-limited trial. Trials may stop functioning when the trial period ends. Free software is provided “as is” with no obligation of support or updates.

10. Termination

You may stop using the software at any time. We may terminate or suspend your license if you materially breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the software ends and you must stop using it.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will detect or prevent every event a security tool is designed to observe.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amrah Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the software will not exceed the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13. Export and sanctions

You agree to comply with applicable export-control and sanctions laws and not to use the software where prohibited by such laws.

14. Open source

Our software may include open-source components licensed under their own terms, which continue to govern those components. A list of such components may be provided with the product.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Amrah Studio’s place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, a more prominent notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
