Refund Policy
Last updated: 2026-06-17T00:00:00.000Z
We want you to be happy with what you buy. This policy explains when and how you can get a refund. Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
14-day refund window
For one-time license purchases, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Because our paid software offers a free trial before purchase, we encourage you to evaluate it fully during the trial.
Technical issues
If the software does not work as described and we cannot resolve the problem for you, you are entitled to a refund — including outside the 14-day window where required by consumer-protection law. Please contact support first so we can try to help.
Duplicate purchases
If you were charged more than once for the same product in error, contact us and we will refund the duplicate promptly.
Subscriptions and renewals
For subscription products, you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. We do not generally refund a renewal charge for a period already started, but if a renewal caught you by surprise, contact us within a reasonable time and we will consider it fairly.
Business purchases
Volume or business purchases may be subject to separate terms agreed at the time of sale. Contact us to discuss.
Fraud and chargebacks
We reserve the right to decline refunds for purchases that show signs of fraud or abuse. Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us may result in the associated license being revoked. If you have a problem, please reach out — we would much rather help.
How to request a refund
Email support@amrah.abdulqabiz.com with your order number (from your Paddle receipt) and a short note about the reason. Refunds are issued to your original payment method by Paddle and may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Relationship with Paddle
Paddle processes payments and refunds as Merchant of Record. You may also manage your purchase or contact Paddle directly using the links in your receipt. This policy does not limit any statutory rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you.
